1. What this agreement covers

This Agreement governs the use of the Cold Arms site (the “Site”) — an armwrestling analytics platform: athlete profiles, statistics, tournaments and M.I.R.A. AI predictions. By creating an account, you accept the terms of this Agreement. The public part of the Site may be used without registration.

2. User age

By using the Site, you confirm that you have reached the age required to independently accept this Agreement under applicable law, or that you use the Site with the consent of a legal guardian.

3. Account

• Registration requires a valid email and a nickname; you are responsible for the accuracy of this data and for keeping your password safe.
• One person — one account. Transferring the account to third parties is not allowed.
• Some features (comments, predictions, gated analytics) become available after email confirmation.
• You may delete your account yourself or contact the Operator with the relevant request — the procedure is described in the Privacy Policy (the “Your rights” section).

4. Site content and M.I.R.A. predictions

All statistics, ratings and analytics on the Site are for information and entertainment purposes. M.I.R.A. predictions are generated automatically using statistical methods and artificial intelligence technologies. Such predictions may contain errors, be incomplete or fail to match the actual outcome of events. They are provided solely for informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice, a recommendation to bet, invest, enter into transactions or make any other decisions. The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the data and is not liable for decisions made on its basis.

5. User content

By posting comments and predictions, you agree to the rules:

• insults, harassment, incitement of hatred and personal attacks are prohibited;
• spam, advertising, malicious links and content that violates the law are prohibited;
• moderation may hide or delete content that violates the rules and restrict the offender's access to posting;
• by posting content, you allow the Site to show it to other users as part of the Site's operation.

6. Intellectual property and automated access

The design, source code, prediction models, texts and data structure of the Site belong to the Operator. Quoting materials is allowed with a link to the Site.

Automated bulk data collection (scraping), as well as the use of automated tools — bots, scripts, parsers and similar instruments — to obtain data from the Site is prohibited unless expressly permitted by the Operator.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”: technical failures, downtime and changes in functionality are possible. The Operator is not liable for losses related to the use of or inability to access the Site, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

The Operator is not liable for the inability to provide the Service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).

8. Violations and blocking

In the event of a breach of the Agreement, the Operator may restrict account functionality or block it — including hacking attempts, automated data collection, creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions and other abuse. You may delete your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy (the “Your rights” section).

9. Changes to the terms

The Operator may update the Agreement; the new revision is published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after publication means agreement with the changes. In the event of material changes to the terms, registered users may be notified by email or by a notification in their account.

10. Applicable law

This Agreement is governed by the law of the Operator's country of registration (permanent residence), unless otherwise established by the mandatory rules of applicable law.
